By booking a service with Skrub Klub, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Skrub Klub provides residential and short-term rental cleaning services including move-in/move-out cleaning and Airbnb turnover cleaning.
We reserve the right to refuse service for properties that are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our service capabilities.
Booking & Payment
- All appointments must be booked through our online booking system.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payments processed through Square, including eligible payment methods such as credit/debit cards and Afterpay (when available).
Intake Form Requirement
Some services require completion of an intake form prior to arrival.
Failure to complete required forms may result in delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of the appointment, subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Card on File
We may require a valid card on file to secure appointments and protect against late cancellations, no-shows, or lockouts.
Access to Property
Clients must ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.
Property Condition
Pricing is based on standard residential or turnover conditions.
Properties requiring excessive cleaning, heavy debris removal, hoarding cleanup, or hazardous conditions may require additional charges or may be declined.
Make It Right Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any reasonable concerns.
Photos & Media
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control.
Photos may only be used for marketing or social media with client permission. No identifying information will ever be shared.
Limitations of Service
We do not provide:
- Biohazard cleanup
- Mold remediation
- Pest removal
- Exterior window cleaning
- Heavy furniture moving
- Carpet or upholstery cleaning (at this time)
Liability
While we take great care in every cleaning, Skrub Klub is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not securely fastened or disclosed.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to update pricing, services, or policies at any time.
